Yes. Asset values change with market conditions, technological developments, and the age and condition of the asset itself. Valuations prepared for insurance purposes should be reviewed regularly, typically every two to three years, to ensure cover remains adequate.

For lending, insolvency, or transactional purposes, a current valuation at the time of the event is recommended.

The valuation basis is stated clearly, along with an overall summary of the total value of the assets covered.
