Every managed clearance begins with an on-site valuation. We inspect and value all assets on site, establishing guide prices and informing the disposal strategy. From there, we recommend the right mix of sale methods, including online auction for volume and tender or negotiated sale for specialist or high-value items, and manage the full marketing and sale process.
Post-sale, we coordinate buyer collection and manage site access throughout. For assets that do not sell, we find suitable disposal solutions. Where decommissioning is required, we coordinate the physical removal and transport of retained assets, arrange demolition quotes, and organise the secure disposal of sensitive documentation.
If the site exit involves a commercial lease surrender or dilapidations obligations, BTG Eddisons can support on the property side through the wider group. If property management is needed during or after the clearance, that can be arranged too.
