A RICS-registered valuer visits your site, inspects the assets, and establishes a guide price on the appropriate basis, such as market value, forced-sale value, or in-situ value.
We then recommend the right disposal route. Online auction suits most disposals, while tender sale works better for specialist or high-value assets and negotiated sale is best where the buyer pool is very small. On mixed sites, we often recommend all three.
Assets are photographed, lotted, and marketed to our network of more than 26,000 registered buyers. Online auctions run weekly, so assets can typically be listed within a few weeks of instruction.
Post-sale, buyers collect directly from the seller’s site or our storage facility if we are holding the assets. For full closures, we go a step further, acting as Principal Contractor under CDM Regulations, coordinating removal, demolition, and the shredding of sensitive documentation.
