If you are happy to proceed, one of our RICS-certified team members will visit your site to assess, itemise, value and photograph your assets. We will then arrange for each item to be collected and transported to our secure storage facility.
The details and photographs of the assets you are selling during your restructuring will be given to our admin staff. They will take time to add the lots to our online platform, ready for the auction’s start date.
Alongside this, we will deploy a bespoke marketing strategy to raise interest. Social media posts, targeted emails, physical posters and magazine adverts are commonly used methods to achieve this. Bidders will then be able to make suitable offers when the auction opens.
Successful buyers will be notified when the auction closes, and it is up to them to arrange a collection date and time. The funds raised will finally be distributed to your firm or the professional handling your insolvency, liquidation or administration proceedings.
