Key features and options
If you decide to purchase this item, you can expect a calibration of rotating axis with Heidenhain Kindematics Opt, a CAPTO C8 main spindle taper, a valve for automatic pressure setting, and a 70 bar through-spindle coolant.
It also boasts an 80-position tool magazine, multi-process capability, two air gun units, and two spray guns with mist filtration units.
Rotary and turning capability
From a rotary and turning perspective, the Ibarmia ZVH60/L6000 integrates advanced turning capability through a Ø1200mm vertical rotary table. For turning and 5-axis operations, it features a swing of Ø1750mm and has an Ø630mm auto self-centring 3-jaw chuck on the horizontal axis for turning & 5-axis operations. Additional enhancements, such as a 110mm bar capacity cylinder and a manual tailstock for its horizontal lathe, make it one of the most operationally versatile machines on the market.
Some of its other aspects that support its rotary and turning capability include a 110 mm bar capacity cylinder for chuck, a hydraulic extension for automatic operation, T-slot modification, and a Manual tailstock for horizontal lathe.
Probing and measurement
For probing and measurement, you will benefit from a RENISHAW RMP600 touch trigger probe, a RENISHAW TS27R tool touch trigger with square stylus, and a Z-axis extended by 200mm. This ensures high-accuracy measurement and repeatability across demanding production runs.
