The 2022 Ibarmia ZVH60/L6000 is a versatile multi-process machining centre designed for precision milling and turning operations. Equipped with a Heidenhain TNC640i HSCI control system and HR-520 portable hand-wheel, it offers exceptional control and accuracy, further enhanced by Heidenhain Kinematics Opt calibration of rotating axes.

This machine features a powerful CAPTO CS main spindle with through-spindle coolant at 70 bar, a generous 80-position tool magazine, and support for BT50/CAPTO tooling. Its horizontal rotary table and turning spindle head deliver up to 78 kW and 1400 Nm, with a 500 mm centre height, while the off-centred Y-axis rotary table allows increased swing for 5-axis operations up to Ø1200 mm.

Additional highlights include an automatic self-centring 3-jaw chuck (Ø630 mm), 110 mm bar capacity, hydraulic extension for automated operation, manual tailstock, and sub-plate for tailstock. Precision is assured with RENISHAW RMP600 and TS27R touch probes, while gear hobbing, gear skiving, and grinding with HSKA100 are also supported.

For ease of use and maintenance, the machine comes with air and spray guns, mist filtration, a tipping swarf bin, steady rest support, dressing unit, operator platform, and safety door modifications—making it a complete solution for demanding machining tasks.

2022 Abus Crane System

The 2022 Abus Crane System is a robust and reliable lifting solution designed for demanding industrial environments. Operating on 380–415 V / 50 Hz, it delivers a substantial load capacity of 6,000 kg with smooth and controlled performance. The system offers dual lifting speeds of 0.8 and 5 m/min and travelling speeds of 5 or 20 m/min, making it suitable for both precision handling and rapid load transfer.

Built to FEM Group 1Am / M4 standards, it features a 6,000 mm hook path and a compact trolley span of 300 mm. The hoist motor (1 / 6.2 kW) and dual travel drives (2 × 0.06 / 0.28 kW) ensure efficient operation with duty cycles of 60% and 50% respectively, handling up to 360 switching operations per hour.

The crane’s durable construction includes a 9 mm diameter rope, 212 mm drum, and 194 mm rope pulley, with a total system weight of 477 kg. Designed for use on parallel flanges, it can also accommodate inclined flanges upon request. With reliable braking, safety features, and a generous curve radius (≥ 7,850 mm), this crane system delivers safe, consistent performance in heavy-duty lifting applications.

Komet Komtronic Head

The Komet Komtronic Head is a high-precision NC-controlled tool head designed to deliver exceptional performance in demanding machining operations. Featuring a direct path measurement system on the slide, it ensures accurate positioning and reliable feedback throughout the machining process.

With a stroke of 50 mm (±25 mm) and a maximum feed rate of 350 mm/min, this head offers both flexibility and speed. It can operate at spindle speeds of up to 4,000 RPM, depending on the slide position, making it suitable for a wide range of applications. The integrated through-coolant supply system, rated at 40 bar, enhances tool life and cutting performance by maintaining optimal cooling during operation.

Engineered as a high-performance NC axis for interpolation, the Komtronic Head enables precise contouring and fine adjustment directly within the machining cycle. Versions with alternative stroke lengths are available on request, allowing the system to be tailored to specific requirements.
