Project
BTG Eddisons was instructed to support the insolvency of Iso Energy, an eco energy installation business operating from a network of depots across the South Coast, the Midlands, Yorkshire and Scotland. The appointment required an immediate response to secure, manage and dispose of assets spread across multiple locations, with several sites requiring action at very short notice.
The objective was to protect asset value while coordinating a complex, nationwide disposal programme within tight timescales.
Approach
BTG Eddisons mobilised immediately, attending sites from day one to assess assets, coordinate logistics and implement disposal strategies across the company's depot network.
The team organised the relocation of retained assets where required and managed the sale and clearance of plant, equipment and stock from multiple locations. By coordinating activities across several regions simultaneously, BTG Eddisons ensured each site was progressed efficiently while responding to changing operational requirements throughout the insolvency process.
A combination of immediate site clearances and structured auction sales enabled assets to be marketed effectively, maximising exposure to buyers while maintaining programme deadlines.
Results
The first site clearances were completed within just seven days of instruction, with the remaining assets successfully marketed and sold through a series of auctions over the following two months.
Despite the logistical challenges of managing multiple depots nationwide under insolvency conditions, BTG Eddisons delivered a coordinated disposal programme that protected value, ensured timely site handovers and supported the objectives of the appointed insolvency practitioners.
