2021 DMG Mori J1 Wasino – Lot 1

This 2021 DMG Mori J1 Wasino features a horizontal bed design engineered for rigidity, paired with a 5.5 kW spindle that supports demanding small-part production. Thermal stability is exceptional, with displacement limited to φ 4.0 μm during cold start operations, while achieving circularity of φ 0.5 μm for consistent results. The machine accommodates loader and stocker integration, making it suitable for diverse manufacturing workflows.

2014 Citizen M32-4M8 Sliding Head – Lot 2

This 2014 CITIZEN M32-4M8 Sliding Head comes fitted with an IEMCA BOSS 338 HD Superfast bar feeder and offers 10-axis machining capability with C1/C2 functionality. Both main and back spindles deliver 8,000 rpm performance powered by 7.5 kW motors, whilst accommodating bar stock up to Ø 32 mm diameter and 320 mm length. The machine supports guide-bush and non-guide-bush configurations, enabling flexible unmanned production runs.

2011 Mori Seiki NZ2000 T2Y Multi Axis – Lot 3

The 2011 Mori Seiki NZ2000 T2Y delivers combined turning and milling operations through its twin 16-station turret configuration. Main and sub-spindles each operate at speeds up to 5,000 rpm, complemented by Y-axis movement for enhanced machining flexibility. With capacity for workpieces measuring 320 mm diameter and 810 mm length, the machine includes 7.5 kW driven tooling reaching 6,000 rpm across every turret station.
