Details

We have been instructed by a retained client to sell three high-quality tools by auction. You can find brands like DMG Mori and Citizen, and lots start from just £3,000. Within the High-Performance Production CNC Machine Tools Auction, you can find the following items:

2021 DMG Mori J1 Wasino – Lot 1

The 2021 DMG Mori J1 Wasino is a precision turning centre built around a horizontal bed design that prioritises rigidity throughout the machining process. Its 5.5 kW spindle is well-suited to demanding small-part production, while thermal displacement is held to just φ 4.0 μm during cold start operations and circularity reaches φ 0.5 μm for consistently accurate results. Compatibility with loader and stocker integration adds further versatility across a range of manufacturing workflows. Full technical specifications available upon request.

2014 Citizen M32-4M8 Sliding Head – Lot 2

The 2014 Citizen M32-4M8 is a sliding head turning centre offered here with an IEMCA BOSS 338 HD Superfast bar feeder included as part of the lot. Ten-axis machining capability with C1/C2 functionality gives the machine considerable process flexibility, with both main and back spindles running at up to 8,000 rpm via 7.5 kW motors. Bar stock up to Ø 32 mm diameter and 320 mm in length is accommodated, and the option to switch between guide-bush and non-guide-bush configurations makes it a capable platform for extended unmanned production. Full technical specifications available upon request.

2011 Mori Seiki NZ2000 T2Y Multi Axis – Lot 3

The 2011 Mori Seiki NZ2000 T2Y is a multi-axis turning centre combining turning and milling operations through a twin 16-station turret arrangement. Both main and sub-spindles reach speeds of up to 5,000 rpm, with Y-axis movement extending the range of achievable geometries. The machine handles workpieces up to 320 mm in diameter and 810 mm in length, and driven tooling across every turret station operates at up to 6,000 rpm via 7.5 kW motors. Full technical specifications available upon request.
